Roland Nairnsey CSP is an expert sales trainer, coach, motivator, author and speaker. Roland personally sold over 200 million dollars in new home sales and spent almost two decades successfully selling and managing new home sales.
For the last decade Roland has been a national sales trainer, training many thousands of new home salespeople, sales managers and Realtors® throughout the United States, Canada and students from as far away as India and Australia. He is a “hands on” sales coach, helping salespeople and managers increase sales and accomplish incredible results.
He is known as the “Stuff Guy”, because he fills his programs with real word techniques that work in today’s ever changing market. Fun but focused, he has an authenticity that comes from his years of experience in “front line” sales and management, and very recent sales success.
Originally from London, living in Miami with a Ukrainian wife, Roland has a genuine international viewpoint that transcends his programs and has caused his world wide appeal and popularity. Roland’s students love his wry British humor that makes learning fun, while they transform their sales abilities.

Roland is a movie fan and enjoys writing Screenplays, one of which “Paper Slippers” starred legendary actor James Earl Jones.
